EISLAB Düsseldorf
How can an ice cream shop become an immersive spatial installation – and a brand at the same time?
EISLAB redefines the idea of a retail gastronomy space. It’s not designed as a conventional place of consumption, but as a curated spatial experience – visual, performative, and brand-defining.

At its core lies a transparent, fully visible production lab. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels separate the preparation zone from the guest area, while deliberately keeping the process exposed. It becomes a stage for craftsmanship and precision. The mirrored ceiling turns the space into a perceptual play – reflecting, multiplying, dissolving the room into light, volume, and illusion.

The guest experience continues at street level: The full façade opens completely and merges the space seamlessly with the sidewalk – no threshold, no filter. Sculptural stone blocks serve as minimalist seating elements. They feel both raw and refined – urban fragments, elegantly placed in a fluid transition between public space and curated hospitality.
EISLAB is not just a store. It’s a spatial sculpture – a walk-in identity – conceived for a visually literate, urban audience. It demonstrates how retail, architecture and hospitality can merge into a coherent brand environment with artistic clarity and experiential precision.
