INCOMPLETE INTERIOR DESIGN FOR THE HAMMERMANN CONCEPT STORE IN DÜSSELDORF
Unique. Urban. Lifestyle. Three words that describe the Hammermann concept store. A place to discover fashion, beauty and accessories – for women and men. The design concept provides the perfect visual backdrop for products from international cities such as London, Paris and Milan: rooms with an unfinished look convey the charm of a construction site, leaving an impression of temporariness through provisional elements, while at the same time subtly incorporating the building’s past with a multitude of details.

Walls with open structures, whose drywall finish has been deliberately interrupted, underline this impression of ‘incomplete interior design’. More gallery than shop, the space becomes a projection surface for one’s own imagination – its striking character gives the store a very special charm, making it a place for a target group that focuses not on fast-moving fashion trends but on style consciousness.
